Choose your lot or land and determine what works best for your home.
02. PLAN
Create your floor plan with our team, draftsman, or architect.
03. BUDGET
Establish your budget, financing, and construction plan.
04. DESIGN
Choose your home's finishes, fixtures, colors, cabinetry, lighting, and exterior details.
05. PERMITS + PREP
Finalize plans, obtain permits, and prepare the land for construction.
06. BUILD
Foundation → slab → framing → roofing → plumbing & electrical → insulation → drywall.
07. FINISH
Install cabinetry, flooring, countertops, tile, lighting, fixtures, trim, and final details.
08. WELCOME HOME
Complete the final walkthrough, finish the details, and hand you the keys to your new home.
